What I like most about working at Wave is the flexibility that they provide with working hours, where I can choose to increase days that I work. It has helped greatly with my University and work life balance.

What I like most about working with brands is the communication between the team. From management support to colleagues, everyone helps one another, providing useful information, as well as supporting one another when working. The team leaders and managers are very proactive and ensure any queries are answered swiftly. As well as this, having training sessions scheduled by the team means that my knowledge is kept up to date. This helps as I then have a thorough understanding of the latest technology released. Having such a valuable team reassures me and boosts my confidence when working throughout the day.

As a Brand Ambassador, I work at a John Lewis & Partners retail store, in the technology department. I have worked with this client for over a year. My job is to promote the their products in store. I also undergo training with other store staff so that they know about the latest tech released by my client’s brand.

I would definitely recommend working for Wave as I have had an amazing experience. You are able to work for a variety of brands and broaden your knowledge, as well as improve upon key skills such working independently to achieve targets, and effective communication. The working hours they offer are flexible, alongside a competitive salary with the chance for extra bonus.

Working for Wave and the client brand as a Sales Promoter gives me true job satisfaction. I am always learning and growing with the brand, both personally and technically. New products and new innovations keep the role varied and interesting and enjoyable (for 5 years!)

I love being able to share and use my skills and knowledge to help customers find the perfect laptop for them.

I was totally touched when a customer specifically came back to find me to thank and tell me how the laptop I sold her had been perfect, and powered her through Uni and into her first job!

I love the rhythm of the sale seasons, the new product launches, building up to back-to-school, Black Friday and Christmas. I enjoy seeing repeat customers come back to me.

In addition to selling directly to consumers I also train the store staff on the client’s brand and products. It is very satisfying to inspire store staff with training – I help them to be confident with their customers. This can be a very creative process coming up with ideas of how to best engage and inform.

Wave actively look to promote from within and advance anyone looking to progress or who want to take on new opportunities. They reward initiative and are open to new ideas. Wave has developed the campaign I’m working on to include online assistance and now I am in my element – I’m out and about on an experiential roadshow across the country, in locations such as London, Kings Cross.

I am also self-employed, working from home, which can be lonely and isolating. My Wave work is the perfect complement to that. I enjoy the buzz of sales, and go home tired but satisfied at the end of a busy day in store.

Step into the shoes of a Territory Manager

I enjoy the flexibility of working with different accounts whilst knowing I have the security of a fixed term contract.

I feel proud to represent market leading brands such as Pespi Max and Robinsons. I enjoy the autonomy of the role, whilst also being part of a wider team. Being able to plan my day ensures I achieve maximum results.

This is my second year working on the Britvic Sell the Summer Van Sales campaign. I originally saw the job advertised online, but was contacted this year by Wave and asked if I’d like to return.

I am semi-retired now so the flexibility of being able to choose when to work fits around my family and lifestyle.
