For this mystery shop we focused on Heineken's "perfect pint" criteria – a 4 step process to ensure each and every customer is served the perfect pint, every time.
When Magnum needed a UK partner to host and staff their London Pop-up Pleasure Store, Wave were ready to spring into action. The hard work paid off as the London store won No.1 Magnum Pleasure Store in the world!
As SSI’s partner in the UK we were thrilled to be asked to run this project on Magnum's behalf. We started with a sparkling job spec followed by an exciting casting process the get the perfect wave of talent on board for this store launch.
Immersive training (and a lot of ice cream tasting) followed for the 16 successful Wave-Makers to ensure that all staff lived and breathed the Magnum brand values and product offering we would deliver throughout the summer.
Over 8,000 hours of greeting and engaging with customers over the 4 month summer period delivered an awesome luxury experience for customers, both in store and at VIP and outdoor events in London. Our team also encouraged customers to buy the product and interact with the brand through social media by taking and posting pictures of their bespoke Magnums with the campaign hashtag.
All of this effort paid off when the London store, who was competing against all other Magnum Pleasure Stores around the globe during this time, was crowned No.1 Magnum Pleasure Store in the world.
