We'll match you to the brands we work for so that you appear to be a genuine customer, meaning you might be sent on several different mystery shopping jobs. The role might require you to 'reveal' your hidden identity - sharing constructive feedback, rewards or on-the-spot training depending on the experience you had during your mystery shop. What to expect
You'll be set a specific mission so that you can closely and carefully test the brand experience according to what our client wants you to look out for. You might be checking customer service standards are as high as they should be, or assessing how someone serves a client's product. You'll be asked to assess several different things and use our mystery shopping app to record your experience.
